AWF Tag Team Champions Lights, Camera, Faction (Watson & Fresco Mattic) returned last month in 6-man tag team action, teaming with Chris Evans to take on the team of AWF Heavyweight Champion Chubby Depp, AWF State Champion Paradox & Hammerstone (a bell-time substitution for Ricky Rayez). The team of LCF & Chris Evans was victorious.
Following the match, Watson & Fresco had a brief encounter with budding new tag team Austin Cole & Ray Black. The two teams came face-to-face, with Watson & Fresco seemingly taking exception that Cole & Black had interjected themselves into the scenario.
Austin Cole and Ray Black have had momentum on their side and seem to be taking strides- in the ring and out of it- to make a name for themselves in the AWF Tag Team division. In an effort to avoid uncontrolled/unsanctioned confrontation between the competitors, AWF Officials have scheduled the teams to compete on 2/25 at AWF Triumph.
Can Watson & Fresco fend off the young tag team and retain their championships? Or will Cole & Black use their recent momentum to shock the AWF FanNation and walk out of AWF Triumph as champions?
